I do this work because it is my heart’s work and devotion; not a business I built, but a calling I followed. Yoga and sound gave me a way back to myself, and sharing them is my way of offering others the same return.
For me, teaching is not about technique alone; it is about devotional service, allowing others to tap into the wisdom within their own bodies, and creating spaces where people can rest into their own wholeness.
“Sound as Sanctuary” is the phrase that carries this heart. Sound is vibration, and vibration is life. When we rest in sound, we step out of the noise of our fast-paced world and into a space of stillness that heals without words. It is here that we remember: sanctuary is not a place we go, it is something we carry within.
My approach is different because I do not see yoga or sound as performance or productivity tools. I see them as doorways into presence, into healing, into remembering what it means to be human.
Apps and fitness classes can guide practice, but what I offer is a living experience: rooted in ancient wisdom, carried by authentic connection, and guided by humility and devotion.

I never entered this path to build a business. I stepped onto it because yoga and sound healing transformed me, connected a community around me, and I felt called to share that transformation with others. My work has always been devotion first, profession second. That is why people return: because they feel not just a service, but a place where human-ness is celebrated. What sets me apart is the integration of depth and heart.
I am an E-RYT200, RYT500 yoga teacher, and a Yoga Aliance Continuing Education Provider which means I also have the credentials to teach other Yoga teachers continued education to add to their registered training hours - as well as receiving with advanced training in India & faculty experience in Peru, leading Yoga teacher trainings to individuals from all over the world.
Aside from International experience, I have facilitated sound healing & Yoga for thousands of people in diverse spaces — from hospitals and museums to international retreats and teacher trainings. This level of experience gives me the ability to serve both intimate circles and large organizations with professionalism and care.
Yet beyond the credentials, my focus remains the same: creating spaces where people feel safe enough to soften, supported enough to grow, and inspired enough to carry their practice beyond the mat. In a competitive market, I choose to stand in authenticity, not performance…not just within my teaching roles but in every realm of my life, and that is what makes the work timeless.

I believe yoga is for everybody…again - every body. You are welcome exactly as you are. Yoga has never been about flexibility or the perfect pose; it is about remembering the breath, softening into awareness, and reconnecting with the wholeness already within you. In the ancient traditions, yoga began as an inner practice of presence and devotion; movement was simply one pathway into that deeper union.
Whether it is your first class or your hundredth, I will meet you where you are. My role is not to demand performance, but to offer compassion, clarity, and space for your own unfolding.
I am trained to share many styles of yoga to support different seasons of practice: from energizing Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa, to grounding Restorative and Yin, to meditative practices of Pranayama, Yogic Philosophy, and Meditation.
Each offering is tailored to the needs of the group or individual, making yoga not just accessible, but personal and meaningful.
No matter your level of experience, the invitation is always the same: arrive as you are, breathe as you are, and allow yoga to be less about doing and more about being.

We live in a world that moves quickly, often pushing us toward rigidity and exhaustion. While working hard is important, true success comes when effort is balanced with restoration.
Sound healing is an ancient practice that creates space to slow down, soften, and realign so the work we do in the world has greater impact and longevity.
Through instruments like crystal bowls, ancient instruments from India, Native flutes, and live vocals, sound frequencies calm the nervous system and invite the body back into harmony.
This shift from stress into balance restores clarity, reduces anxiety, and strengthens our capacity to live and lead with presence.
Holistic wellness is the next step for our world; a recognition that health is not only physical, but mental and emotional. .
Sound healing is a powerful doorway into that wholeness, reminding us that when we care for the nervous system, we create space for creativity, connection, and sustainable success.

Your safety and comfort are the most important facets of this work. Please let me know before class if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or navigating any health conditions.
If you are a potential private client, you will receive a client intake form as well as a liability agreement before we begin our journey together.
I will always offer modifications and alternatives to support your practice, but I encourage you to also consult your healthcare provider before beginning new practices.

Sound healing is generally safe and deeply nourishing as it is an ancient practice and has been used as a holistic healing modality for thousands of years.
However, if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or are highly sensitive to sound/vibration, please check with your doctor before attending.

Behind every thriving company is a team of people who feel balanced, supported, and connected. In today’s fast-paced world, burnout is common and stress often runs high. When organizations invest in wellness, they invest in people, and people who feel cared for bring more creativity, clarity, and collaboration to their work.
Corporate wellness practices like sound healing and yoga are not luxuries — they are essential tools for sustainable success.
By calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and restoring balance, these offerings help teams focus more deeply, communicate more clearly, and show up with renewed energy.
For me, corporate wellness is about more than workplace productivity. It is about creating spaces where people remember they are human first — and from that place of wholeness, the work they bring into the world naturally expands in impact.
“A nourished team doesn’t just perform better ; they live better, and from that, the company thrives.”

Alignment is everything.
Who I choose to collaborate with reflects the heart of my work and the values I live by. There are millions of yoga teachers in the world, but only a smaller number are truly carrying the essence of yoga beyond the mat -living it as a lifestyle, a way of being in relationship with self, others, and the greater whole.
When I partner, I’m not just looking for an opportunity; I’m seeking resonance. I want to create with those who value integrity, depth, and service, who see yoga not as a trend but as a timeless path.
Aligned partnerships allow the work to become more than a class or an event; they become experiences rooted in authenticity, community, and the deeper purpose of yoga.

Yes! I offer virtual yoga, meditation, and sound healing sessions designed specifically for remote teams.
These sessions are accessible from anywhere in the world, making it possible for distributed groups to pause, reconnect, and recharge together.
Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, and live sound, I create a restorative experience that translates beautifully online. Whether your team is looking for a short mid-day reset or a longer wellness immersion, virtual offerings are a powerful way to support connection and balance across distance.
Presence is not limited by place…even across screens, sound and breath have the power to bring us together.

Yes. I love collaborating with organizations, retreat leaders, and training programs to create experiences that blend yoga, sound, and philosophy.
Whether it’s a single workshop, a multi-day retreat, or a corporate wellness session, each offering is tailored to the unique vision of the group.
I also travel internationally to share this work. From South America, Dominican Republic, across the United States, Costa-Rica, and all the way to India. I’ve had the honor of serving as faculty for yoga teacher trainings, leading immersive retreats, and guiding sound healing in diverse communities. No matter the location, my commitment remains the same: to create spaces of presence, healing, and transformation.

For online classes, you’ll need a stable internet connection, Zoom (free to download), and for Sound Healing: ideally headphones or a speaker for sound clarity and an optimized experience.
For yoga, bring a mat, water, and any props you love (blocks, strap, blanket). I always recommend at least two blocks.
For sound healing, bring a yoga mat or comfortable space to lie down, a blanket, and a pillow for under your head or knees. Eye covers can also help deepen your rest.
Ultimately, you know you better than anyone else. Listen to what the body is speaking to you and what it needs.
